By submitting your book review you agree:

• You’re at least 13 years of age.
• You agree you are and shall remain solely responsible for the contents of any submissions you make, and you will not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene. You agree that you will not submit anything to the site that will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s).
• You agree to indemnify and hold KeriLynn Engel and FeministFantasy.com harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Use of your review

• For any content that you submit, you grant KeriLynn Engel and FeministFantasy.com a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
• All content that you submit may be used at KeriLynn Engel’s sole discretion.
• I, KeriLynn Engel, reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on FeministFantasy.com that I deems, in my sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use.
• I do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through FeministFantasy.com to edit or delete any content you have submitted.
• I reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason.

Use of your information

• By submitting your name you agree that you will be identified on FeministFantasy.com as the submitter of the review.
• By submitting your email address and opting in the email newsletter, you agree to receive period emails from FeministFantasy.com. Your email address will never be publicly displayed and will not be used for any other purpose.
