Blood Memory: Book 1

Author: Rosalind Hartmann

Why is this book feminist-friendly?

Blood Memory: Book 1 features an independent, yet flawed, heroine trying to find the forbidden truth about a blood memory her werewolf lover, and his brethren, carry in their passed-on memories. Vivienne is also her adopted father’s “Fixer”, dealing with issues within the pack family when his Pipers cannot.

I’ve gotta disagree on this one being feminist-friendly. I started reading it but couldn’t read very far. The main character is sleeping when some dude breaks into her room and starts kissing her–while she’s still sleeping! When she wakes up finally, she’s only a little bit annoyed but of course she can’t help noticing how hot he is… barf.
